POTSDAM — Rochester Regional Health St. Lawrence Region President Donna McGregor has been named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2026 list of “Women Hospital and Health System Presidents and CEOs to Know.”

The list recognizes 236 women leaders in health care.

McGregor oversees Canton-Potsdam, Gouverneur and Massena hospitals, as well as the region’s primary care and specialty practices. Her work has focused on expanding access to care and strengthening health care services across the North Country.

“While I am grateful to be recognized among such an accomplished group of leaders, I see this honor as a reflection of the exceptional work our teams are doing every day across the St. Lawrence Region,” McGregor said.

Rochester Regional Health CEO Richard “Chip” Davis said McGregor has expanded access to care and strengthened health services in the North Country.
