Running from Sept. 4 through Oct. 13 are:
• Cycle Strength (Christine Tulikangas) Mon/Wed: 5-6 p.m. & Sun 7:30-8:30 p.m.
• Hip Hop Zumba (Stephanie Regan) Fri 12:10-12:50 p.m.
• Hip Hop Zumba (Stephanie Regan) Mon 4-5 p.m.
• HIIT with Weights (Lisa Francey Towle) Thurs 9-9:30 a.m.
• Barre (Lisa Francey Towle) 9:30-10 a.m.
• Everybody Yoga (Ginger Sweeney) Mon/Wed 11:10-11:50 a.m.
• Sculpt and Burn (Dawn Taylor) Mon/Wed/Fri 12:10-12:50 p.m.
• Sculpt and Burn (Dawn Taylor) Tues/Thurs 5-6 p.m.
• Senior and Fit (Robin Durocher) Mon/Wed 9:30-10:30 a.m. $2 & Friday with Dawn 9:30-10:30 a.m. $3.
These classes run five weeks starting Sept. 10:
• Best Body HIIT (Len Mackey) Tues/Thurs: noon-1 p.m.
• Core Yoga (Len Mackey) Tues/Thurs: 1-2 p.m.
• Sunrise Yoga (Len Mackey)Monday 7-7:50 a.m. FREE On Quad
• Guided Meditation to Soothe the Mind and Calm the Emotions Tues/Thurs 11:15-11:45 a.m. Street Clothes Welcome (Len Mackey)
All Classes are in SLU’s Newell Field House MPR except Sunrise Yoga
Cost: 30 min. classes twice per week $30; 50-60 min. classes twice per week $60; 50-60 min. three times per week $90.
