Volunteers from the Central and Northern New York Chapter of the American Red Cross provided financial assistance to two adults and four children, ages 13, 11, 10 and 8. The assistance can be used for essential needs, including shelter, food and clothing.
Volunteers also offered emotional support to those affected by the fire. Red Cross staff and volunteers will remain available in the coming days to help the family navigate the recovery process.
