POTSDAM -- A Potsdam woman was charged with shoplifting for the second time this week, according to state police.
Victoria L. Middlemiss, 29, was charged with petit larceny at Walmart on Monday night, troopers said.
The arrest took place at 9:35 p.m.
On Sunday night, Potsdam Police charged her with petit larceny for stealing food from Stewarts on Maple Street.
She was released Monday night on an appearance ticket returnable to court at a later date, officers said.
