POTSDAM — A Potsdam woman was arrested Wednesday following a complaint of a female who appeared to be using drugs in a vehicle on Filter Plant Alley, according to Potsdam police.
Samantha A. Murray, 26, was charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny at 1:35 p.m., officers said.
Police said they petit larceny charge stemmed from a complaint on June 4.
She was released on appearance tickets returnable to Potsdam court Aug. 2.
