Ryan A. Dunn, 26, was charged with third-degree grand larceny around 10:52 a.m. Thursday.
Dunn allegedly took nearly $8,500 in 29 unauthorized withdrawals at the Key Bank ATM from an alleged victim’s debit card from late November to late December, police said.
He was arraigned in Potsdam Town Court by Justice James Mason and released under supervision of the county Probation Department, police said.
