POTSDAM — A Potsdam man was charged Tuesday after the village received complaints of a taxi company charging more than the set village rates for taxis, according to Potsdam police.
Joseph E. Boyle, 48, was charged with a taxi rate violation at 8:30 p.m. on Market Street.
Police said he was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Potsdam court Oct. 26 at 10 a.m.
