POTSDAM -- People from Australia, Ireland and Vermont were charged with taking traffic cones from an area of construction along Maple Street early Friday.
Paul A. Churton, 21, Taree, Australia, Catherine Kinnarney, 22, Ireland, and Cameron M. Weber, 22, Fairfax, Vt., were charged with disorderly conduct: creating a hazardous condition at 1:07 a.m. after allegedly being seen taking the traffic cones.
The three were issued appearance tickets and released.
