POTSDAM -- Ashton M. Remington, 19, of Parishville was charged by Potsdam Village Police on Oct. 1 at 4:41 p.m. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Leroy Street.
Remington was charged after a traffic stop on Market Street.
A OMV inquiry revealed that the subject's operating privileges had previously been suspended.
He was ticketed and is scheduled to appear in town court Oct. 14 at 10 a.m.
