To the Editor:
A positive opinion… I would like to extend publicly my compliments and gratitude to the SUNY Potsdam Covid Vaccination Team.
I do not know who coordinated or set up the routines for administering the vaccine but I state most definitely that it was “a well oiled machine!”
The workers, volunteers, nurses, EMTs, National Guard, computer techs, chair cleaners and on and on. Everyone was respectful and solicitous and made me feel comfortable in what could have been a tense situation.
Everyone appeared invested in their tasks and performed them with an exceptional attention to detail. I observed the National Guard taking out trash bags which might not fit into their usual job description with enthusiasm and dedication to the cause.
I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. I have had my second dose and am truly grateful for the care and concern bestowed upon me at SUNY Potsdam. Thank you very much!
