I spent Tuesday October 16th and most of Wednesday the 17th in Potsdam hospital. I had some blood pressure issues that turned out to be medication related.
As some may know, I have been doing some volunteering at the office of Tedra L. Cobb in Canton.
Because of this recent medical issue, I knew I would miss some time. I took the time to send her a text message briefly telling her what was up, not really expecting a reply.
Within 30 seconds there was a response with genuine care and concern for my well-being, stating that had she been in the area she would have taken the time to personally come check on me.
This, to me, speaks volumes. People need to see that she is involved, engaged and truly concerned for the folks in the North Country.
She took that time from her busy schedule to communicate with me personally and show her caring and compassion for others. She continues to check on my health frequently.
I hope this little incident helps people to see what a perfect choice she is for Congress. I support and endorse her for the 21st Congressional District.
