OGDENSBURG — Ogdensburg police charged a registered sec offender with failure to update the registry with his new address.
Kenneth P. Fisher, 52, Ogdensburg, was charged Monday, police said.
He allegedly failed to register a new address and was picked up on a warrant from city court, officers said.
Fisher is a level three sex offender, according to the state registry, which means he is designated as being at a high risk to re-offend.
The registry says he was convicted in 1990 in Texas for having sexual contact with an 8-year old girl.
He is listed on the registry as living on Ford Street.
