OGDENSBURG -- Ogdensburg Parks and Recreation Department begins its open youth hockey program Dec. 6 from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Jimmy Howard Rink, the Richard G. Lockwood Arena.
Coaches Rick Jacobs and Mike Fennessy will provide instruction. Cost is $2 per skater.
Open hockey will be held each Wednesday except during school vacations.
