The New York Power Authority will begin removing docks and buoys along the St. Lawrence River in Massena and Waddington starting on Oct. 20.
The process will take up to two weeks, depending on weather and river conditions, NYPA said.
In Waddington, they will remove the Howard Park and Whitaker Park docks and the Old Milk Factory buoys.
In Massena, the will take out the Intake docks, the Hawkins Point dock and buoy and the south channel buoy.
