To the Editor:
The Neighborhood Outreach Program wishes to thank community members, organizations and individuals for their time, talents and/or support throughout the 2014 calendar year. It is with great pride and pleasure that we report 334 individuals were helped through our Christmas Program.
Through your generosity, our program was able to supply 126 families and 148 children with food, clothing and toys and wrapped gifts. In addition, the monetary donations were used to purchase school supplies for N.N.C.S. students. We will be able to continue to help those in need throughout 2015 due to your generosity.
This year we were able to give each child a handmade quilt for Christmas. Thanks to the volunteers who made these beautiful quilts and to our community for the supplies donated to make this work
