POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Elks Lodge #2074 recently honored Holden Prashaw the “Flyer of the Quarter” award.
The award recognizes students that demonstrate the qualities of courtesy, sportsmanship, responsibility, caring and positive attitude.
The award was presented during a school assembly at Norwood-Norfolk middle school.
