POTSDAM – A Norwood man was held Saturday after being arrested on seven charges including unlawful imprisonment and criminal possession of a weapon, according to state police.
Richard H. Peters, 31, was arrested about 12:21 p.m. after police responded to a reported domestic dispute.
He was charged with unlawful imprisonment second degree, felony coercion-causing fear for person or injury, criminal mischief-intent to damage property, criminal mischief fourth degree-preventing emergency call, second degree harassment-physical contact, acting in a manner to injure a child under age 17, and fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
