BRUSHTON — The Northern NY Maple Conference will be held Saturday, Jan. 14 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at Brushton-Moira Central School, 758 County Route 7.
There will be workshops, vendor fair and industry expert panels.
Panel topics include marketing and industry outlook, designing and installing tubing, grant and financing opportunities, maximizing production and new innovations.
Workshops on maple syrup production for the new producer, maple confections and sugarbush management will be offered.
Admission is free for NY Maple Producers Association members and students, and $20 for non-members.
Admission cost includes lunch provided by Brushton-Moira FFA.
