NORFOLK — A Norfolk man was arrested for allegedly firing a pellet gun at three teens on County Route 38 Tuesday evening, according to state police.
James G. Yelle, 53, was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment on County Route 38 at 7:01 p.m.
The three teens, two of them 18 and one 14 years old, identified Yelle as the person who had fired the gun several times at them, officers said.
No injuries were reported.
The pellet gun was seized, troopers said.
He was arraigned in Massena court and released on his own recognizance to appear in Norfolk court Sept. 7.
