OGDENSBURG – The public library here will host several free events in November.
A fall candle holder class will be held Thursday, Nov. 2, at 5 p.m.
A movie night will be held Thursday, Nov. 16, at 5:30 p.m. featuring the G-rated “Sentient Automobiles,” with free popcorn.
The family book club meets Thursday, Nov. 30, at 5 p.m., featuring “The Year of the Dog” by Grace Lin. Attendees will learn to use chopsticks while trying Taiwanese foods.
The group is open to readers from 7 to 99 years old. Library patrons can contribute to a gratitude garland all month by writing what they are grateful on a leave to hang in the library.
The library’s reoccuring music and movement class for toddlers will be Tuesdays at 10 a.m. and the Wednesday and Saturday story hour for ages 3-5 years will be held at 10:30 a.m.
