Toilet man strikes again. There is a new toilet art display on Maple Street next to his ugly apartment buildings. With the trouble in the Middle East and high gas prices, this may seem insignificant but this has gone on too long. Is the village sweeping this under the rug? Would we all be allowed to do this? I think not.
