State police got a report of a burglary at about 8 p.m. Sunday and responded to a residence on State Route 37C in Brasher.
The 45-year-old male victim told troopers that a television and his cell phone had been stolen.
Troopers said their nvestigation revealed that at around 7 a.m. 30-year-old Nazera L. Douglas of Massena entered the residence through a rear window and stole a 20-inch flat screen television and the victim’s cell phone.
Douglas was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary, a Class C felony.
She was arraigned in Massena Town Court and sent to the St. Lawrence County jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
Douglas is to reappear in Brasher Town Court on July 19 at 6 p.m.
