MASSENA – The Town Council agreed to submit photos and find three people to be interviewed by a business publication for a feature on the town economy.

Deputy Town Supervisor Sam Carbone said Business View wants to run the story “to show how the town’s growing and improving, and get that out to other businesses in other areas.”

The councilors agree to submit 10 photos, and they’ll recommend people for interviews that include “an investor, a tourism type person, and someone involved in industry,” Carbone said Wednesday, March 17 town board meeting.

“It’s at no cost to the town. It’s the town’s responsibility to provide a letter to advertisers ... who want to advertise in that article,” he added. “I’m all for it. I think it’s going to be a good other piece to promoting Massena.”
