MASSENA -- The Town Hall will reopen with all town offices within resuming normal business hours on Monday, Aug. 10.
Town officials say masks will be required to enter and they will be following all state guidelines.
To facilitate physical distancing, people will enter through the front door and exit through the rear.
Arrow and signs will designate traffic flow.
Anyone who needs to enter via the elevator in the rear will need to call the Town Supervisor's Office at 315-769-3588 ext. 2.
There will be disposable masks at the entrance and hand sanitizer throughout hallways.
Town officials say they are also working on safety plans to reopen the Massena Public Library and Celine G. Philibert Cultural Center and Museum.
