LOUISVILLE — A Massena man was charged with driving while impaired by drugs Saturday evening, according to state police.
Ryan J. O’Neill, 34, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 4:57 p.m., officers said.
Police said he was cited and released.
