POTSDAM – The Potsdam Food Co-op, 24 Elm St., will hold its 3rd Thursday Sampling on Thursday, Dec. 15 between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m. featuring a new product from Maple Mountain New York, LLC, a small local company in West Chazy.
Attendees can talk with one of the creators of their maple vinaigrette and taste it. It is made without preservatives or additives and created with simple ingredients, including pure maple syrup from the Maple Mountain sugar bush.
