MASSENA -- A man faces multiple felonies, misdemeanors and infractions after allegedly driving a stolen vehicle while intoxicated and disregarding orders from Massena-based state police.
Andrew M. Larche, 25, of West Chazy was charged with third-degree grand larceny, first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, failure to obey a police officer, driving while intoxicated-first offense, aggravated driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, speeding, failure to stop at a stop sign and passing a red light.
The arrest came at 11:09 p.m. Wednesday on East Orvis Street.
Troopers said Larche was held following the arrest.
