LOUISVILLE -- Firefighter Kenneth Blair of Louisville recently became a life member of the New York State Volunteer Firemen's Parade and Drill Team Captains Association at the group's annual dinner in Albany.
Blair is a 49-year member of the Louisville Fire Department. He serves as a training officer and on the department's board.
He was honored by the state association for his service as a tournament and parade official, as well as his years with the Louisville Turtles Firematic Team.
