OGDENSBURG -- Volunteers from Lights on the River will be working hard for tips at the Ogdensburg Pizza Hut tonight from 4 to 8 p.m. to benefit this year’s Lights on the River event.
“We will be waiting on tables, bringing patrons their dinners, and working hard to make sure they have an enjoyable dinner as well as earn their tips as donations for this year’s event.” said Lights on the River chairperson Scott Wilhelm.
“We will also have some information about the event, and also we will be selling t-shirts too.”
Anyone interested in a good meal, fun volunteers and helping a great cause should stop out July 9 between 4 and 8 p.m. at Pizza Hut in Ogdensburg on Patterson Street.
Lights on the River is a local non-profit working towards our 501(c)(3) status. Proceeds from the event will benefit food pantries again this year with multiple fundraisers & events throughout the year. For more information visit www.LightsontheRiver.org
