At the Adirondack Short Course Championship at RPI in Troy earlier this month, Gretchen Braun of Lisbon and Sydney Rochefort from Massena won first and second place overall as the 10 and Under Age Group high-point winners. Gretchen swept all her nine individual events. Both girls are attending the Eastern Zone Championships in Webster March 29-31.
