LISBON – A Lisbon man was arrested May 4 following a cattle complaint first reported to state police on April 24.
Dale R. Aldrich, 60, was charged with 10 counts of improper disposal of a dead animal at 2:39 p.m. at 32 Randall Rd., troopers said.
He we released on appearance tickets returnable to court at a later date, officers said.
