Kinney Drugs’ charitable foundation has donated to the North Country Children’s Clinic, to support the agency’s efforts to provide medical and dental care for uninsured children. The check represents proceeds from Kinney’s annual Children’s Charity Event of which North Country Children’s Clinic has been a beneficiary since 1998.
“Kinney Drugs and the Kinney Drugs Foundation is one of The Children’s Clinic’s staunchest supporters,” said Aileen Martin, the clinic’s executive director.
“They have provided us with more than $420,000 over our 40 year history. Their support makes it possible for us to provide care to many of the most vulnerable children in our area,” Martin said.
North Country Children’s Clinic, based in Watertown, has operations in Ogdensburg and Canton.
