CANTON — An inmate at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility was charged Friday after allegedly damaging a door at the jail, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Deputies said they charged Lance G. Breyette, 25, with third-degree criminal mischief, felony, stemming from an incident Sept. 12.
The damage to the door was greater than $250, officers said.
Breyette was issued a ticket returnable to Canton court at a later date.
