In other grand jury action:

Ryan Weir, 29, 186 Lawrence Road, Lisbon, was indicted on one count of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and three count of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. It is alleged Weir possessed more than one-eighth ounce of cocaine on July 17 in the town of Canton and smaller quantities of fentanyl, methamphetamine and hydrocodone.
