HAMMOND -- Indian River Lakes Conservancy will hold its annual Celebration of the Lakes on Saturday, Aug. 13 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at Bella-Brooke Winery, 2989 County Route 6.
Chef Michael Simpson of the Clipper Inn, Clayton, will prepare hors d'oeuvres and a 6 p.m. dinner using fresh, local ingredients. The event will also feature music by The Buskers, a cash bar, and live and silent auctions including original art work by local painters and artisans.
Reservations are $50 per person and limited to the first 150. RSVP by Thursday, Aug. 4: 482-4757.
