No wonder our kids are so stressed out, leaving a 3-year-old in charge of a 1-year-old while parents sleep in the car (“Ogdensburg Playground Not Kid Friendly,” posted Sept. 21), poor kid! I have learned to not be the one to reprimand the adult, just call the police. I see bad parenting all the time. How many times have you gone to the store in freezing cold weather, the adult is bundled up, but the baby had a wide-open coat, no hat and I love this one, BARE FEET! And the kid is fussy and the parents tell them to shut up! And how many times have you seen a baby in the back seat while the driver is puffing on a cigarette with windows up and then can't imagine why they are sick all the time. Some people are so ignorant. You need to take a test to drive a car, have a degree to get most jobs, but anyone can be a parent.
