Hold a public vote on the industrial wind issue in Parishville and Hopkinton. Why won't the towns hold an election on the industrial wind issue? It would only cost at the high end $1,000-2000 and could possibly be combined with a local school budget vote in the future. It releases the local town boards of ethical conflicts and gives power to the people. Conflict of interest and ethical violations are not good for the taxpayers nor the elected town board members. I live in neighboring Stockholm and do not want them spreading all across the county in every town. There are too many questions and way too many tax subsidies from local state and federal governments.
