HEUVELTON -- Amvets Post 1997 will host several events in April.
Their second “Mom Prom” on April 2 will raise money for Renewal House child abuse prevention and awareness programs.
Admission is $7.
There will be door prizes, raffles, snacks and more.
April 10 will be round and square dancing with a burger bar to benefit Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley.
There will be music by Pure Country and line dancing with Norma.
The event includes a lotto hat raffle and fill-a-boot for Hospice.
On April 12, the club will serve a roast pork dinner at 4 p.m.
Cost is $9 for adults and $5 for children.
People can eat in or take out.
