EDWARDS -- A Hermon man was charged with driving drunk following an accident at 1 a.m. Tuesday on County Route 24, near Campbell Road.
Gregory D. Southwick was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated after St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies said he struck guard rails and drove into a field, flipping the vehicle on its side.
He was arraigned in Fowler court and released on probation supervision.
Edwards rescue and first responders were called to the scene.
