GOUVERNEUR — An alleged domestic dispute Thursday morning led to charges for a Gouverneur man, according to state police.
Brandon R. Durham, 25, was charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent person, felony, fourth-degree criminal possession of a firearm and second-degree criminal trespassing, officers said.
His arrest status was not made available.
