BRASHER FALLS -- The families in the Brasher Home-Based Head Start program spent a morning with Phoebe the Food and Fitness Fairy making home made granola bars.
Before the cooking began the children along with their parents and Phoebe went on a bear hunt to find the ingredients to make them.
Prior to the bear hunt, a conversation of what bears liked to eat and a story was read. Head Start is always recruiting 3 and 4-year-old children.
