First-year student Grant Fisher continued to impress in his first Liberty League Championship meet, claiming the lone individual victory from a Saints swimmer – men's or women's – in the 1650 free on day two in Rochester. As a team, the Saints finished seventh with 467.5 points through the meet's three sessions.

Fisher captured the distance freestyle with a time of 17:25.47, while Matt Bauer finished 11th in the event, clocking in at 18:23.61.

In addition to Fisher's win, St. Lawrence also got top-five finishes from sophomore divers James Wilczewski and Alex Blake. Wilczewski earned third on the three-meter board Friday afternoon with 470.95 points, and Blake dove to fifth on the one meter on Saturday (422.80).

The Saints finished eighth in both relay events on Saturday, as they opened the second day of competition with the 200 medley relay, as Grant Reeder, Henry McCormick, Samuel Song and Brandon Walker combined for a time of 1:48.32. They then closed out the meet with the 400 free relay with a time of 3:26.28 from Reeder, Kirby Kaylor, Fisher and Walker.

Three St. Lawrence swimmers placed in the top-25 in the 200 freestyle, with first-year Walker leading the way in 12th (1:51.58), with Fisher in 18th (1:53.17) and Reeder placing 24th (1:54.37).

On top of being a part of the strong relay performances for the Saints, Grant Reeder swam to a pair of top-20's at the 100 (1:00.37) and 200 (2:07.93) distances of the backstroke.

Other Saints who finished inside the top-25 of their respective events included: Samuel Song (16th – 200 fly & 25th -100 fly); Walker (17th – 100 free); Kaylor (23rd – 100 free) & McCormick (24th – 100 breast).
