“This event will celebrate the fresh and healthy produce of our local farmers with fruits and veggie themed games and raffles, food demonstrations and free samples of dishes featuring fresh-from-the-market ingredients, and goods available for purchase from over 30 local producers,” said Market Manager Garrison Cook.
Live music will be provided by local band The States from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Farm Fresh Veggie Festival is the second in a series of special events this summer at the Potsdam Farmers’ Market designed to bring fun and entertainment to downtown Potsdam and increase awareness and sales of locally produced goods. Debit and EBT cards are accepted.
