CANTON – A free family safety night seminar will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Sept. 25 at St. Mary's School gymnasium.
The presentation will focus on home safety, self-defense and street awareness.
All school age students and their parents are invited. American Kang Duk Won Karate and Safety programs are starting in Canton at St. Mary's School Wednesday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9-10:30 p.m.
Lessons are offered at St. Lawrence University Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7 p.m., St. John's Parish Hall in Ogdensburg Monday from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Madrid-Waddington Central School Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Heuvelton Central School from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and Norwood Town Hall on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and 7:15 to 8:45 p.m.
