There are hundreds of locations that new liquor sellers could legally operate. What about the current nearby lots that have a higher value and use because of the C1 code. A church infringes of nearby properties future use. The code is a community coming together to agree upon some rules. What arrogance and disrespect to the Canton community, from a church no less, crying foul and suing using village resources and time.
