POTSDAM -- Patient Representative Shari Gilman has been selected by her co-workers at Canton-Potsdam Hospital as employee of the month for July.
Since she started at C-PH in 2007, Gilman has been going "above and beyond" to ensure patients experience excellence throughout their visits.
Colleagues note Gilman is well organized. Although recently in a car accident and sustaining significant injuries, Gilman insisted she return to work. She is first in line to help co-workers, and is completely dedicated to her patients and the hospital.
“Shari never hesitates to help. She goes above and beyond for our patients, providers, and her colleagues,” said Kelly Blanchard, Office Practice Manager. “Since the creation of our FAHC Cardiology Center in 2009, Shari has been instrumental in its implementation and continued development. She takes pride in her work and I’m grateful to have her on our team,” added Blanchard.
Gilman was presented with a floral arrangement, certificates, pin and designated parking space.
