A noticeable temperature change will be seen today as highs only climb into the low to mid 50s with clearing skies, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
Skies will likely be sunny today with a high near 51 and an overnight low around 36, forecasters say.
Expect sunny skies again on Columbus Day Monday as highs top out near 60. There is an 80% chance of rain Monday night with a low around 48.
A warming trend will be observed through the first half of next week. The next best
chance of rainfall will be Monday night and Tuesday as another cold front approaches the region.
Cooler temperatures follow the front for the second half of next week but the weather will remain unsettled with multiple chances for showers in the coming week.

Mostly sunny, with a high near 59. Southeast wind 5 to 7 mph.
Monday Night
Showers, mainly after 9pm. Low around 48. Southeast wind 6 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Tuesday
Showers likely, mainly before 9am. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 60. Southeast wind 6 to 11 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
