OGDENSBURG -- Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center will offer a free six-week workshops titled “I Can Feel Better” which are designed to help participants take control of their health.
The first class starts April 23 and will be held in the Medical Center’s conference room C, located on the second floor.
Classes will run from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. with a light snack being served. During the interactive workshops, participants will learn how to set goals, deal with fatigue, frustration and isolation, handle stress, learn to relax, control pain, learn about healthy eating and exercise and many more topics.
