Ali Haider Pasha was caught by federal immigration officers trying to re-enter the U.S. on Sept. 8, according to a news release from CBP.
He had been removed from the country on May 10 after being charged with two counts of dangerous drugs and one count of evidence destroying, CBP said.
He appeared in federal court on Sept. 11 on a charge of attempting to re-enter the U.S. after a previous deportation.
