Details are scarce, but cable TV’s Travel Channel is tonight apparently prepared to attempt an entertainment featuring a house in the Potsdam area where the hosts will “investigate paranormal activity.”
The program, The Dead Files, runs at 10 p.m.
The channel’s web site promotes the program this way:
“While investigating a family home in Potsdam, NY, Steve discovers evidence of a bar fight so brutal that it left a man dead in the street, while Amy faces off against a dominant entity that commands other dead people to terrorize the living”…and…“Steve and Amy head to Potsdam, NY, to investigate claims of paranormal activity at a former police detective's home.”
Local scuttlebutt indicates that the show could be focusing on a house at the Hannawa Falls end of the Back Hannawa Road from Potsdam, but the lack of informed opinion on the matter here in Potsdam leaves the field open to the “investigators” on cable.
